Stay away from this transmission shop. I would literally give this business a 0 star if that was an option to choose from. They have had my company van for more than a year trying to repair it and still with the same problem. Had to take it back to the shop multiple times because it was never repaired correctly. Aldo is Always putting excuses that they received a defective (NEW) transmission and had to reorder another one and that another part is needed and so on and still was not able to get the job done correctly. I then told Aldo that I didn’t want any more work done because this had got way too old with the excuses Aldo would come up with. Aldo the assistant manager would say it was ready and when it was driven it would fail again the same day and would have to make the time and effort to try taking the van with same transmission problem back to their shop wasting my time and money because they can’t fix the transmission correctly as they are supposed to be transmission specialist. This has been an ongoing problem for over a year now which is unacceptable and VERY unprofessional whatsoever. I have requested a refund with Aldo, the shop manager since they were not able to fix

Brought in my 2010 Murano for a second estimate after another place had quoted me $600 to replace the seal between the transmission and the engine. Turns out that Aldo (owner) concluded that the seal was fine and that it was just a damaged line that was leaking the fluid. Under $100 to get rid of the leak!! I’m so grateful with the way this was handle; saved me $$$$$$!!!

Took my truck Wednesday was told it would be done by the end of the day I gave them all day called and they said the got the wrong part they will get it Thursday. I called 12:30pm Thursday they said it would take 3 hours. I called end of day they told me they would call me in 5 min never called me then closed shop. Friday I called they said it will be done at 11am I went to pick it up and it was parked in the same spot not serviced at all. He said they were backed up so I told them that's fine but be honest about it. I took days off work to spend with family because I thought my truck would be done. I picked up my truck and left they didn't care or show any remorse. Horrible service do not recommend.
